About Us

Hello! My name is Russ Weich. I am a Tampa Bay native & graduated from the University of South Florida in 2012, with a Civil & Environmental Engineering Degree. After USF I took a detour & decided to become a professional Minor League Umpire. I had a great time traveling the country for professional baseball, but after the 2015 season I was given an opportunity to become a construction Project Manager for the structural portion of the two daughter’s houses on Dr. Kiran Patel’s property in Tampa.

After the Patel houses, I was able to take advantage of an amazing opportunity to be a part of the hotel structural team for the Tampa Hard Rock Hotel & Casino project, with Suffolk-Yates. I was in the Big Leagues of construction! I wanted to learn everything I could about the high-end construction industry, from the office to the field, & that’s exactly what I did! After we finished Tampa Hard Rock, our team went to build The Boulevard at West River apartments. I decided I wanted to continue to broaden my construction knowledge & I transitioned to another GC company in Tampa. I started doing renovations of interior spaces such as a dormitory on University of Tampa’s campus & office spaces on the University of Tampa & South Florida’s campuses.

During the pandemic I decided I wanted to help those around me, doing what I love. So, I became a licensed Florida General Contractor & now I have the chance to bring your dreams & ideas to life!

I have been fortunate to have the chance to have an education, from the classroom & the field, & honestly: I’m excited to bring my knowledge & expertise to the residential construction world! Let’s get started today!
